It helped to talk it out, definitely. I'm glad Kingsley was there, too. I value his calm, good sense, and I think after our talk he's looking at me with a tad less suspicion. For the most part, anyway.

I hope he's not the only one? It was a bloody hair-raising decision to make, under pressure, with an auror holding me at wandpoint and glaring at me. One of my most difficult ever in the field, really, and I'm sorry for the position it put Kingsley in. I know the initial message sounded completely mad, and it took a lot of nerve for him to apparate in to meet me there. (But thank Merlin he did.)

I've found it to be rather a shock, really, after all the work I've done recruiting for the Order, to have the tables turned and have someone trying to recruit me for Dogstar.

And our conversation did help to assure me of what we were dealing with, which helps us all move forward.

I know you've had a rather busy few days, but I would like to talk to you more directly about some concerns I had regarding your actions, and how I addressed those concerns. Perhaps we can meet up tomorrow?
