I've retreated outside the null field to make this report.

Fu managed to breach the wall at Mysteries about a half hour ago. Bloody hell, dynamite is loud. And there's quite a bit of structural damage in that wing, although the building's still standing up. Our people went through and began starting the mopping up in there. There was resistance, although you could tell a number of the people inside were baffled over how to menace us when their wands were useless.

We have secured the area and are now assessing the prisoners, of which there were a handful. Some of them the highest level, apparently. They will need medical care if anyone can be spared.

But one of them is Prince William. The muggles on the team had tears in their eyes when we found him--never seen Davidson moved like that before. I think William's about the age of a Hogwarts sixth year, although he's undersized, I suspect. Not been fed very well most of his life. He's thin and weak, and can barely understand he's free now. We'll take him to Davidson's triage for now. Davidson says he'll keep him safe, and William'll receive the best of care from his people. But if you or Remus can break away in the next twenty-four hours, you should come to see him it all possible. I think there might be some useful debriefing to do.

I don't think Colin mentioned it, but my boss Geoffrey Kindle, Head of Protectorate was here and surrendered last night, and he's in the holding area with the rest of the Protectorate. We have an inventory of captured wands.

There were some casualties in Mysteries when we finally broke through. Some were felled by the blast, and some resisted, not believing they were facing guns.

I'm so sorry. Your brother Orion was one of those shot, trying to break out, and we couldn't save him.

No, Aurora. I know what he looks like, and he isn't among the dead--really there were very few. And he isn't among the prisoners.

And. If you can, if it's safe to break away, we could use you here to help assess MLE headquarters. All the magical cantrips have failed, of course, but still--you'd have a better idea than I would about where the critical information is kept. And this building is huge and we're still knocking the rest of the departments down.

Apparate to the curry stand we always go to across the street; you'll run into the null field if you come any closer.

Albus and a couple of the Sherwood fighters were the only ones we lost here.

Is Voldemort dead, does anyone know? Albus said they were working on a plan to take him out, but he wouldn't say what it was.

At the end of the evening Savitha wasn't explicitly excluding me from messages to Aurors, so my cover, while not reliable, may even still be intact. If you have any MLE prisoners you want questioned, I might be able to worm a few things out of them.
