But if you can't see him tonight and you need or want to come around--or even if it's afterwards-- you'd be welcome. I can help you let go of your worries in the usual way, or discuss things with you clinically or put up muffling charms so you can yell anything you want. I can serve you curry or scrambled eggs. Or I can give you tea and just hold you if you want silence.

Come by as late as you wish. My sleep schedule is completely out of whack anyway. And that's what potions are for.

I'm going to see him tomorrow. Lucius, I mean. Early.

I don't know if he intends to tell me what's going on or if he just wants to blot out all thought. Probably both.

There are only a handful of people in the world who really care about Lucius. Draco and Pansy are two of them. It's a bit ironic they're both in a group sworn to bring down everything he stands for.

It sounds as though Severus has the best handle on how to approach him. I hope Draco listens to him.
